We are hiring an estimator intern to work with our Saulnier Epoxy flooring team in Peabody, MA.
This role will work closely with our Business Development Manager and President, playing a critical role in our sales process by running takeoffs on large, commercial flooring projects that we will be looking to bid on.

Saulnier Floors, a family owned flooring company since 1951, is seeking an Estimator intern to assist us in running takeoffs and providing measurements for future projects. We are looking for someone who is self motivated, detail oriented, and hungry to learn!
Job Duties
- You will review project blueprints, plans, specifications, and other documents to prepare accurate and detailed estimates for flooring projects.
- Run takeoffs for a wide array for floor projects.
- Assist in developing bids for construction projects.
- Assist with submittal packages and subcontractor agreements.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Maintain existing accounts.
- Develop a strong understanding of flooring products, specifications, and industry best practices.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with other members of the team.
Job Qualifications
- You must have experience using construction software to run takeoffs.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work within tight deadlines.
- Reliable transportation.
